Refund policy

At Funkuu, every T-shirt is custom made just for you.
Since we follow a Print-on-Demand process, our policies are strict but fair to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for everyone.
Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • All Funkuu products are made-to-order.

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of purchase.

  • Once printing begins, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is allowed only for size issues (not for color or design preferences).

  • Exchange requests are accepted within 4 days of delivery.

  • Exchange is available only on prepaid orders.

  • If the required size is not available in stock, we will issue a full refund.

  • Only one free exchange per order is allowed. Additional exchanges will incur a small shipping charge.

  • Your exchange or replacement order will be processed and delivered within 7 working days from the date of approval. ✅

3. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed only when a replacement is not possible.

  • Refunds for COD orders will be made via UPI / Bank Transfer (customers must share UPI ID or bank details via WhatsApp: UPI ID / Account No. + IFSC Code).

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days after a successful quality inspection of the returned product.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products returned after 4 days of delivery.

  • Used, washed, or worn items.

  • Exchanges requested for color or design preference.

  • Items sold during discounted / clearance sales.

5. Color Disclaimer

Please note that the actual product color may vary slightly from what is shown on your screen.
This is due to differences in display brightness, lighting conditions, and screen calibration.
Such minor variations will not be considered a defect or eligible for return/exchange.
