At Funkuu, every order is custom printed and packed with care before it reaches you.
We follow a Print-on-Demand and made-to-order model to ensure premium quality, minimal waste, and a sustainable process.
Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time

Once you place an order, our production team begins preparing your T-shirt right away.

Printing and quality inspection take 2–3 working days on average.

As soon as your order is ready, it is carefully packed and handed over to our trusted courier partners.

2. Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, delivery generally takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location and courier service speed.

For most major cities, your order will be delivered within 7 working days.

Remote or rural areas may take a little longer (up to 9–10 days).

3. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders (if applicable), an additional handling charge may apply, which will be displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

You can track your shipment status anytime until it reaches you.

If your tracking link is not active immediately, please allow 24 hours for the courier system to update the status.
5. Delivery Partners
We work only with trusted courier companies such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and XpressBees, to ensure your order reaches safely and on time.
All shipments are packed securely to protect your T-shirts from any transit damage.
6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please contact the courier directly using the details in your tracking update.

In case the parcel is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Order Status and Support
If you haven’t received your order within 7–9 working days, please reach out to us immediately.
Our support team will help you locate your parcel and ensure it is delivered as quickly as possible.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, please record a short unboxing video and send it to us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will review it and provide a suitable solution — replacement or refund, as applicable.

Funkuu will not be responsible for claims made after 24 hours of delivery without proof.
9. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address, contact number, and pincode at checkout.
Funkuu will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
